Our oil is the result of a way of understanding life, we believe that another world is possible.

Our intention is not to compete with the major brands of oil. We have other characteristics which make us different and unique: Our Arroniz variety of olive, our small olive groves, the conditions under which we pick the olives and work, and our small production makes our Erroiz oil a product which is pampered, honest, traditional, singular and with the maximum of culinary levels.

We prioritize quality not quantity… One of the advantages of being small.

Polyphenols: Olive oil is a product that is extremely rich in polyphenols, especially when it is produced at the beginning of the harvest, exceeding 200mg/kg, a characteristic of the Arroniz variety of olive.

Polyphenols are essential nutrients with antioxidant properties and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Acidity: All of our oils have an acidity of less than 0.2.
